NC Man Charged With Stalking

On 04/30/2018, Donald Little, 43 of North Carolina, was charged with multiple counts of Stalking, Violations of a PFA, and Harassment. Incidents involving Little and the victim have stemmed from 2016 until present. During all four recent reported incidents, Little allegedly repeatedly contacted the victim at their place of employment after being served with a Protection From Abuse Order (PFA) in February 2016 that does not expire until the year 2116. All of Little’s attempted contacts with the victim are violations of the PFA order. Due to the violations, officers obtaining several warrants for Little reference to these incidents.

On 04/19/2018, Little was taken into custody in Scotland Neck, North Carolina and was extradited back to Delaware on 04/30/2018, where he was charged with two counts of Stalking, four counts of Criminal Contempt Of A Domestic Violence Protective Order, and two counts of Harassment. He had a presentment through the Justice of the Peace Court 2 and was committed to the Department of Corrections in default of $12,000.00 USC cash bail reference to the new charges as well as several new no contact orders with the victim. It was also learned that Little had 20 active court capiases for his arrest. He was committed to the Department of Corrections on $10542.50 USC cash bail and $1500.00 USC secured bail reference to the capiases. Little was ordered to appear at later dates in multiple courts reference to the new charges and capiases.
