Drug Charges For Lincoln Man

On 06.08.2018 Milford Police arrested a Lincoln man after a brief investigation located crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia. On 06.08.2018, at approximately 7:03 pm, an officer on patrol in the downtown area observed Eddie Roundtree, 50 of Lincoln, walking on Southwest Front Street. Mr. Roundtree walked into a dead end alley way and failed to come back out after several minutes. The officer became suspicious and made contact with Mr. Roundtree. As the officer contacted Mr. Roundtree, he was observed dropping drug paraphernalia to the ground. Further investigation revealed Mr. Roundtree was in possession of crack cocaine. Mr. Roundtree was taken into custody and has been charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Mr. Roundtree was presented at the Justice of the Peace Court #2, where bail was set at $1000.00 unsecured. Mr. Roundtree is scheduled to appear at the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas on 06.28.2018 for an arraignment.
