Property Check Results In Arrest

On 06.25.2018 an officer conducting a property check of commercial buildings in the 100 block of Northeast Front Street arrested a Milford woman. On 06.25.2018 at approximately 11:44 pm, the officer located Sonya R. Briddell, 33 of Milford, going the bathroom in an open area at the rear of one of the buildings. The officer took Ms. Briddell into custody and further investigation determined she was wanted by the Justice of the Peace Court #7, along with being in possession of drug paraphernalia. Ms. Briddell has been charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful To Urinate or Defecate in Public Place. Ms. Briddell was presented at the Justice of the Peace Court #7 and released. Bond information not available at this time. Ms. Briddell is scheduled to appear at the Justice of the Peace Court #6 for an arraignment on 07.10.2018.
