County Bank recently made a donation to NCALL, an affordable housing nonprofit organization, servicing the Delmarva Peninsula for over 40 years. Their mission is to promote improved communities and sustainable development, primarily in rural areas. NCALL has offices located in Georgetown, Dover and Newark which specialize in housing development, education and lending.
Since its inception NCALL has helped over 7,000 first-time homebuyers. As a service provider for lower income households, the organization offers financial literacy and pre-purchase counseling. They are a recognized leader in affordable housing, homeownership, rental development, self-help housing, community development lending, and now foreclosure prevention.
