Del-One Awards Connections Employer of the Month

Connections CSP was chosen as a recent Select Employer Group (SEG) of the Month by Del-One’s Business Development department. Connections CSP is a “multifaceted nonprofit organization that assists people with psychiatric and intellectual disabilities, as well as those with substance use disorders, homeless veterans and their families, families in crisis, and men and women who are incarcerated”. This amazing organization has been a SEG partner with Del-One since 2017. As a Select Employer Group, employees of Connections CSP and their immediate family members are automatically eligible for membership at Del-One, and Del-One’s Business Development team is available for regular on-site membership benefit visits and various other events to provide information to the employees of the Select Employer Group.
The Business Development team at Del-One attends New Employee Orientation events at Connections CSP on a regular basis to present new employees with the benefits Del-One can provide, and can even sign up employees as new members of Del-One at the orientation event. Human Resource Generalist for Connections CSP, Tiwana Benjamin, stated, “It has been a real pleasure working with Del-One at the orientations! Both ladies are very pleasant, helpful and professional and our new hires seem to be very pleased when they leave the Del-One table”.
