Arrested For PFA Violation

On 03/16/2019 at approximately 9:17 p.m., the Milford Police Department Patrol Division responded to “Easy Speak” located at 586 Milford Harrington Hwy, for a PFA violation. Officers made contact with the reporting person, who advised that an Enriki Hartz, 40 of Houston, DE, had sent multiple text messages to the victim threatening to come to the victim’s residence with a firearm and harm the victim. The victim also advised that they had an active Protection from Abuse Order (PFA) with Hartz.
