David Pickrell, chairperson for Milford In Bloom, says he is “excited to announce our 2019 Holiday Wreath Sale. Your participation ensures the continuation of the Spring flower planting of our lamp post and bridge installations. We hope you enjoy the results which cannot continue without your support”.
