Charged With 3rd Offense DUI

On 12.04.2019 Milford Police arrested a Milford woman for 3rd offense driving under the influence after she was contacted on Southeast Front Street (SR 36) at approximately 11:29 pm. An officer on patrol in the downtown area heard loud music coming a vehicle on Southeast Front Street (SR 36). The officer contacted the vehicle and initiated an impaired driving investigation after a strong smell of alcoholic beverage was noticed omitting from the vehicle. Jessica L. Pinkham, 34 of Milford, was taken into custody following the investigation. Ms. Pinkham has been charged with 3rd Offense Driving a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol and Loud Music Which is Plainly Audible From a Distance of 50 ft or More From Vehicle. Ms. Pinkham was presented at the Justice of the Peace Court #3, where bail was set at $2050.00 secured. Ms. Pinkham was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution and is scheduled to appear at the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas on 12.12.2019 for a Preliminary Hearing.
