NOTICE TO QUALIFIED VOTERS
IN THE CITY OF MILFORD
Residents of the City of Milford & Non-Resident Property Owners
Eligible to Vote in Rescheduled City Election
Please note that having registered through the State of Delaware, Kent County or Sussex County Department of Elections does not qualify you to vote in a City of Milford Election. In order to vote, you must have registered at Milford City Hall.
New registrations are being accepted by telephone from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday by calling the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall at 302-422-1111 Ext 1300 or 1303.
The deadline for registering to vote in the 2020 Rescheduled City Election is
Thursday, April 9, 2020 at 4:30 p.m.
ONLY REGISTERED VOTERS LISTED ON THE CITY OF MILFORD VOTER REGISTRATION LOG WILL BE PERMITTED TO VOTE IN THE UPCOMING ELECTION.
Please call the City Clerk’s Office, should you wish to vote by ABSENTEE BALLOT.
Absentee applications and ballots are being handled by mail.
Non-Resident Property Owners who are Registered to Vote in the City of Milford
and own property in more than one ward, must declare, which ward they wish to vote in.

should you have questions or to verify your voting status in the City of Milford.
