All Climate Storage Center recently announced that their new location in Argo’s Corner will have additional storage options for customers. The new options include boat, RV and vehicle parking spaces in addition to climate-controlled storage that range in size from 5’x5’ up to 10’x24’. They will also offer drive-up self-storage units in sizes from 5’x10’ to 10’x40’.

“We chose to expand to Milford and the Argo’s Corner neighborhood for a few reasons,” Chris Kaklamanis, manager of the facility, said. “First, our owner is a Milford native with family that still lives in and is heavily involved in the community. We believe in giving back and staying involved in our community and we’re excited to come back and support our hometown and the great people and businesses of Milford. Second, we see the Slaughter Beach/Lincoln/Milford area as one of Sussex County’s areas experiencing great residential and business growth. Third, we know how important location and easy access is and our location will be located directly on Argo’s Corner Road and Coastal Highway Route 1. Our sister company, Lessard Builders, is located in Camden and with All Climate Storage Lewes located at the beach, this is a perfect midway point for our second location.”

The company has contracted with Lessard Builders to manage the construction of the new facility and they hope to be operational in the fall. Construction began around six weeks ago and is currently on-target for an on-time completion. At this time, Kaklamanis explained that they have not finalized pricing for the new facility, but he expects the costs to be within budget for a large majority of residents.

“Storage facilities are an important part of a community because as people move or experience life changes, they often find themselves in stressful situations with some uncertainty,” Kaklamanis said. “Moving or relocating is one of the most stressful times in our lives and we take pride in helping to take away some of that stress. We always say at All Climate Storage that we are in the “stress-relief” industry. IF you are moving from state-to-state and renting a furnished home for a few months, we offer a safe place to put your items or y our vehicle. If you’re downsizing and no longer have the space for furniture or Christmas decorations, we are here for you. If you are a business owner and you want a secure place for materials or equipment, we are here for you.”

The facility will be fully fenced and gated with electronic access control entry and exit keypads, providing customers with the knowledge that their stored items are secure. There will also be a sophisticated surveillance system and an on-site office that is staffed seven days each week.

“We are looking forward to providing Milford with a well-maintained, secure and convenient storage facility where you can store a vehicle or boat, or rent a storage unit and feel great about where your items are,” Kaklamanis said.
