State Police Arrest Suspects in Parking Lot Robbery Investigation at Harrington Raceway & Casino

Delaware State Police arrested Taron Bradner, 34, of Easton Maryland, and Kyle Parker, 38, of Townsend Delaware following a Robbery which occurred in May on the parking lot at Harrington Raceway Casino.

Troopers responded on May 11, 2025 at 2:45 am to the Harrington Raceway Casino located at 42 Chambers Circle, Harrington for a reported robbery. Troopers arrived and learned that two unknown black males approached the male victim as he got into his car in the parking area. The suspects attacked the victim and stole his property before fleeing in an unknown direction in a black pickup truck. The victim sustained minor injuries. Troopers used investigative methods to identify Taron Brawner as the suspect and obtained arrest warrants for them.

Parker was arrested on June 13, 2025 and taken to Troop 3. He was then charged with the following crimes, tried by Justice of the Peace Court 2 and released under his own recognizance.

• Conspiracy, 2nd Degree (Felony).
• Terroristic Threatening
• Offense Touch
• Criminal Trespass, 3rd Degree

Brawner, who was taken to Troop 3 on July 1, 2025 and charged with the following crimes, was arraigned before Justice of the Peace Court 2 and released after paying a $5700 unsecured bond.

• Criminal Trespass, 3rd Degree
