Henlopen Hospitality officially celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Feb. 11 at the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce Information Center.
Company leaders, family members and Chamber representatives gathered for the event, which formally introduced the boutique consulting firm to the local business community.
Henlopen Hospitality was founded by Dr. Bryan Deptula, a leadership and organizational strategist, and Ben Gray, an executive focused on hotel operations and systems. The firm provides CEO-level advisory services to hotels and other businesses, with an emphasis on leadership development and operational structure.
