Bayhealth is hosting two career fairs to fill patient care positions. The first career fair is on Tuesday, May 31 at Bayhealth Hospital, Kent Campus at 640 S. State St., Dover from noon to 4 p.m. The second career fair is on Wednesday, June 1 at Bayhealth Hospital, Sussex Campus at 100 Wellness Way, Milford from 1-4 p.m.
There are patient care positions open in all areas of the organization. Bayhealth welcomes all licensed, or soon-to-be licensed patient care professionals to attend the career fair including registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), pharmacists, pharmacy techs, nursing assistants, and surgical techs including first assistants, and medical assistants.
During the fairs, candidates can meet with hiring managers for onsite interviews and tour patient care areas.
Eligible candidates have a chance to win a $500 gift card when they attend the event and take part in an onsite interview.
Candidates will learn about Bayhealth’s mission, vision, and values and how they can be a part of a team that is committed to a growing community. Bayhealth teams will be onsite to share information about competitive benefits, signing bonuses for various positions, and other incentives like the Part-Time Weekend Program and the Student Loan Repayment Program.
