MILFORD, DE: The Mispillion Art League, located at 5 N Walnut St, invites local artists to submit their artwork and participate in the annual 6×6 fundraiser to support local arts programs and artists. All artists 13 years of age and older are welcome to participate.

Silent Auction Display Following Submission Period For 6” by 6” Mispillion Art League Fundraiser
The Mispillion Art League welcomes all artists of mediums including but not limited to painting, sketching, collaging, florals, and ceramics to submit their artwork.
All local artists aged 13 years and older are encouraged to submit their artwork.
The submission period will begin on August 4 and will be open until September 12 at 5 p.m.

Following the submission deadline, the silent auction will be held at Mispillion Art League from September 15 to September 25.
The art auction will be hosted at the Gallery at the same location and be open to the general public and artwork will be up for bids with a minimum value of $25.
The 6” by 6” canvases are provided by the Mispillion Art League and artists may stop by the Mispillion Art League building 5 N Walnut St. to pick theirs up.
Artists may produce their work on another surface or medium, as long as the dimensions remain within 6” by 6”.
Artists can submit up to three canvases, with the first canvas being provided for free each additional canvas being offered for $2 each. The submissions will be propped up in a silent auction after the September 12 deadline.

All artwork must be original and the Mispillion Art League reserves the right to decline any piece of artwork.
“The 6” by 6” art auction is a vital fundraiser for Mispillion Art League.
The proceeds support our arts programs, helping show that creativity thrives in every corner of our community and reminds us that imagination fits on any canvas.” says Mispillion Art League President, Eric Wahl.
All proceeds from the auction will benefit Mispillion Art League Programs and Operations.
The fundraiser will be concluded with the silent art auction reception which will take place on Friday, September 25, at 5 p.m. at the Gallery.
