The City of Milford will accept public comment on their updated Strategic Plan
Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Milford will take public comment on the proposed and updated Strategic Plan for the City of Milford on Monday, August 28, 2023 – 6:00 p.m.
The Strategic Plan creates an organizational framework to drive effective decision-making for City Council and Management through the next five years. This framework lays the foundation for allocating financial and staffing resources, as well as proactively managing natural and environmental resources, for the City of Milford to thrive and grow. This plan includes vision, mission, values, and belief statements, which will serve as the decision-making foundation for City Council, management, and staff. This plan revision aligns with and unites previous and current municipal planning documents.
Milford City Council will review the proposed draft of the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan at its Monday, August 28, 2023 City Council Meeting. The public is invited to view the draft plan online at https://bit.ly/COM2328plan and is encouraged to comment during the meeting that begins at 6:00 pm, prior to the proposed adoption of Resolution 2023-18. Public comment will be accepted in person as well as from those attending online.
