The Boys basketball season ends on February 21st so there are 15 days left in the regular season. The teams will make their final push to see if they can qualify for the state tournament at the end of the month.
The SL 24 Unlock the Light tournament saw 6 boys games over the weekend including a big Blue Hen Flight A game between Appoquinimink and Odessa. The Ducks had a late lead until Riley Buzby hit a 3 pointer with over 20 seconds left. The Jags defense held the Ducks off the scoreboard in the final seconds to pull off the win..

Sanford leads the Independent Conference while St Elizabeth’s leads the Diamond State. Dover leads Henlopen North while Seaford and Lake Forest are tied for the South lead.
