The Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition will host a free breast exam event in Milford next month as part of its ongoing efforts to improve access to early breast cancer screening and education.
The organization’s “Love Your Breasts” event is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Ultrasound Express, located at 550 S. Dupont Blvd., Suite A, in Milford. The event will provide no-cost breast exams, though appointments are required.
According to the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition (DBCC), early detection remains one of the most effective tools in reducing breast cancer deaths. Patient navigators will be available to help participants schedule follow-up mammograms if needed after their exams.
To better serve Sussex County’s diverse population, assistance will be offered in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole during the event.
