Delaware Lottery, Scientific Games Launch New iLottery Program

The Delaware Lottery has partnered with Scientific Games to launch a new iLottery program designed to give players secure, convenient online access to eInstant games while supporting long-term growth for state programs funded by the lottery.

The online sales program integrates with the Delaware Lottery Players Club, the state’s existing loyalty program, allowing players to earn rewards and engage with the lottery both online and at retail locations. Delaware currently ranks No. 10 worldwide for total lottery sales per capita, according to La Fleur’s 2025 World Almanac.

“As the provider of the Delaware Lottery’s online loyalty program and retail games, Scientific Games has a unique understanding of our players and our full lottery offering,” said Delaware Lottery Director Helene Keeley. “iLottery was the next step to give Delaware players easy, convenient digital access to our entertaining games. Launching an integrated, state-of-the-art iLottery program as part of the Delaware Lottery Players Club offers our players the opportunity to experience the thrill of playing how they choose — at retail or online — so we can continue driving maximum transfers to the state’s General Fund.”

The new platform, built on Scientific Games’ secure Momentum ecosystem, connects directly to the Lottery’s retail management system. It features a secure player account management system, a mobile-first design, responsible gaming tools through the Healthy Play program, a market-leading bonus engine, and a library of more than 250 eInstant games, including licensed titles like MONOPOLY.

Players can create accounts on the official Delaware Lottery Player’s Club website or through the mobile app. Full registration requires a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which verifies eligibility. The platform also includes responsible gaming features that allow budgeting, cool-off periods, and opt-out options.
