The Delaware State Chamber of Commerce has approved a slate of new members to its Board of Directors and Board of Governors, with appointments effective Jan. 1, 2026.

Four business and education leaders were named to the organization’s Board of Directors: Terry Glebocki of Delaware Park Casino & Racing, Scott Baylis of WSFS Bank, Dr. Colleen Perry Keith of Goldey-Beacom College, and Rod Ward of CSC.

In addition, the State Chamber elected the following individuals to its Board of Governors:

Jennalee Fede, Verdantas LLC; Darren Buseman, B&M Meats; Jonathan Starkey, Delaware State University; John C. Fannin III, Harvey Hanna & Associates; Rob Rescigno, Collaborative Consulting LLC; Jake Ruddy, PCS; Albert Shields, University of Delaware; Colleen Morrone, Goodwill of Delaware & Delaware County, Inc.; Lorri H. Grayson, GGA Construction; Paul N. Several longtime board members are transitioning out of director roles. Marie Holliday of The Bonadio Group, Tom Horne of JPMorganChase, and LaVerne Harmon of Wilmington University will step down from the Board of Directors but will continue serving on the Board of Governors. John Gooden will assume the role of board chair for a two-year term.

“A special thank you to Marie Holliday, who stepped into the chair role early, knowing it would extend her service beyond the typical term,” said Delaware State Chamber of Commerce President Michael J. Quaranta. “In addition to serving as treasurer for our Board of Directors and participating on our Strategic Planning Committee, Marie has led our efforts to ensure Delaware continues to thrive with strong jobs, a growing economy, and a high quality of life.”

The State Chamber also recognized Andrew Cottone III, founder of Aternium, Inc., as its 2026 Board Member of the Year, an honor selected annually by Chamber staff.

“I want to congratulate Andrew Cottone on being named Board Member of the Year,” Quaranta said. “Since joining our Board of Governors in 2020 and the Board of Directors in 2023, he has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership and commitment. Andrew brings insight and intention to every board discussion, and he goes above and beyond by building meaningful, personal relationships with our staff — strengthening our organization in ways that truly matter.”
