Delaware State Police Troop 6 is issuing a Gold Alert for 41-year-old Walter Wood of Townsend, Delaware. Walter was last seen in the Newark area on June 3, 2023. Attempts to contact or locate Walter have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for his safety and well-being.
Walter is described as a white male, approximately 6’02” tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a tan t-shirt, tan plaid shorts, blue and white sneakers, and a blue bookbag.
Anyone with information regarding Walter Wood’s whereabouts is asked to contact Delaware State Police Troop 6 by calling 302-663-5000, or by dialing 9-1-1. Information may also be provided by contacting Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333.
