DNREC to Issue New Permits for Expansion of Bioenergy Devco’s Seaford Facility, Including Biogas Production

DNREC announced today that DNREC Secretary Shawn M. Garvin has approved permits associated with the expansion of Bioenergy Devco, LLC’s Seaford facility.
