Narrative: The Dover Police Department has arrested Emily Lowe, 31, of Dover, on drug dealing charges following an investigation Wednesday evening. The Dover Police Department’s D.V.O.C unit was conducting a drug investigation involving Lowe at the Super Lodge. At 8:47 p.m., officers contacted Lowe as she was leaving the motel and began walking along North DuPont Highway. She was taken into custody without incident and found in possession of 92 bags of heroin and $405. Lowe was transported to Dover Police Department where she was processed and arraigned.
Lowe was committed to BWCI on outstanding capias’ and released on OR bond on the following charges:
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin
-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
