Downtown Milford Inc. has announced its calendar of meetings and signature events for 2026, releasing dates earlier than usual in response to interest from residents, businesses and vendors looking to plan ahead.
The schedule includes the return of recurring events such as First Fridays and the Riverwalk Farmers Market, along with several annual festivals and celebrations. Those include the Bug & Bud Festival, Juneteenth Celebration, Comic Con + Small Business Crawl, and the Holiday Stroll.

In addition to public events, Downtown Milford Inc. will continue to hold Merchant Meetings and monthly Board Meetings throughout the year. The organization said the meetings are intended to support collaboration among downtown businesses and provide opportunities for community input.
“This is a big and exciting step for Downtown Milford,” said Downtown Milford Inc. “Releasing our dates early allows our community, partners, and vendors to prepare, participate, and stay engaged throughout the year.”
Details about vendor applications and participation opportunities will be released at a later date, according to the organization. Updates will be shared through Downtown Milford Inc.’s website and social media channels.
Downtown Milford Inc. said the 2026 calendar is aimed at continuing efforts to promote downtown activity and community engagement throughout the year.
