TidalHealth is pleased to welcome Katherine Goth, MD, as a Family Medicine Obstetrician at TidalHealth OB/GYN in Seaford, Del. She also serves as TidalHealth’s Family Medicine Residency Program Director.
Dr. Goth earned her medical degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, Va.; completed her Family and Community Medicine Residency at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, Md.; and received additional residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pa.
Dr. Goth comes with several years of experience in leadership roles in family medicine residency and medical student education. She served as Core Faculty Associate and Director of Family Medicine Obstetrics at The Reading Hospital in West Reading, Pa., as well as Assistant Professor at Drexel University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pa.
Dr. Goth is a member of the American Board of Obesity Medicine, the American Board of Family Medicine, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine.
When Dr. Goth is not instructing residents or practicing medicine, she enjoys bicycling along the coast; camping and hiking with her family; snowboarding; playing soccer; and painting.
