Green was last seen leaving Bayhealth Kent Campus, 640 South State Street, Dover, DE, at 12:00 a.m. on Friday and has not been seen or heard from since. Attempts to contact or locate him have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for his safety and well-being. Green is described as a white male, 6;”1″, 250 pounds.
