Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Shabazz Barlow, 28, of Dover, DE. Barlow suffers from a condition that may pose a risk to his health and safety if not properly monitored and treated. Barlow is described as a black male, 6’2″, 145 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Barlow was last seen in the area of Bayhealth Kent Campus on 8/16/23 at 8:00 p.m.. It is unknown what he was wearing at the time. Attempts to contact him have been negative.
