Narrative: The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Joyce Showell, 64, of Dover. Showell was last seen in the 900 block of Westview Terrace at around 6:39 p.m. on Thursday and has not been seen or heard from since. Attempts to contact or locate her have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for her safety and well-being. Showell is described as a black female, 5’3″, 162 pounds.
