Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Morgan Mahaffery, 34, of Smyrn, DE. Mahaffery suffers from a condition that may pose a risk to her health and safety if not properly monitored and treated. Mahaffery is described as a white female, 5’9″, 175 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Mahaffery was last seen in the area of Bayhealth Kent Campus on8/12/23. It is unknown what she was wearing at the time. Attempts to contact her have been negative.
