Milford LIVE is excited to introduce a new feature: Photo Memories — a celebration of life in and around Milford through the lenses of our neighbors. Each week, we’ll showcase a fun, nostalgic, or meaningful photo contributed by a local resident, capturing moments worth remembering and stories worth sharing.

Today’s Photo Memory comes from Marc Clery, owner of Shock Vinyl, Milford’s go-to shop for classic records. Before spinning vinyl, Marc was behind the camera, photographing some of the biggest performers to pass through Philadelphia and Delaware. We’re proud to feature one of his favorites — a striking shot that reminds us how music, art, and community continue to shape our town.

This week’s photo shows Peter Frampton performing at the Philadelphia Spectrum in July 1979, during the tour following the release of his 1977 album, I’m in You.

You can see and purchase more of Marc Clery’s rock photography at Shock Vinyl Records and Music Store, located in the Shops of Penny Square at 39 N. Walnut Street in Downtown Milford. The store also features thousands of new and vintage records. For more information, call 302-387-2796.

Have a Photo Memory to share? We’d love to feature it in a future edition!
