Leanne Phillips-Lowe was inducted into the Delaware Technical Community College Owens Campus Hall of Fame on April 21. Phillips-Lowe worked for Delaware Tech from 1986-2012, and was the “voice of the Owens Campus” in her role as public relations manager in the Marketing and Public Relations department.
