Several nationally recognized retail brands are preparing to open locations at the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach, with new stores expected to debut in time for the busy summer season.

Among the additions is Lululemon, which is returning to the outlet center with a new pop-up store at Tanger Outlets Midway on Route 1. The temporary location, listed at 35000 Midway Outlet Drive, Suite 122, was highlighted on social media in early April and is expected to open this summer, though an official opening date has not been announced.

Activewear brand Vuori is also set to open a new store at Tanger Outlets Midway. Known for its performance and lifestyle apparel, the California-based company continues to expand its retail footprint, with the Rehoboth Beach-area location marking its entry into Delaware’s coastal shopping market.

In addition, beauty retailer Sephora is scheduled to open a store in May at Tanger Outlets Surfside, according to the shopping center. The approximately 6,500-square-foot space will be located between Tommy Bahama and Tommy Hilfiger.

Sephora, founded in 1969, offers a range of makeup, skincare, haircare and fragrance products, along with in-store consultations from beauty advisors.

The new store openings reflect continued growth at the outlet centers along Route 1, a major retail corridor serving both local residents and the influx of seasonal visitors to Delaware’s beach communities.
