Milford Museum will benefit from this year’s Taste of Milford Holiday Auction

The Milford Museum has been chosen as the recipient of proceeds from the Tastes of Milford Holiday Auction sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Milford. The auction is in its 15th year and benefits a different non-profit each year.

“The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Milford will be celebrating their last major event, the 16th Annual Holiday Auction & Tastes of Milford Thursday November 17th. The event will be held at the Milford Elks Lodge from 6 pm until the live auction is over around 8:30. This year the chamber is excited to work with the Milford Museum to help gain exposure and raise funds for both organizations. Dave Wilson will be back as the auctioneer and DJ Dana McDonald from Forever Media will be the event emcee again this year.”

In addition to having over 100 silent auction items and ten to fifteen live auction items, attendees will get to enjoy “tastes” from several chamber member restaurants and caterers. Attendees will also have the opportunity to vote on their favorite taste and best decorated food vendor table.

“Also coming back are the ever so popular Table of Cheer and Surprise Gift Card tables. Tickets for the event are $25.00 in advance, and if not sold-out $25.00 at the door. This event is well established in the community and folks look forward to it every year, as it has been kicking of the holiday season for 15 years.”
