On October 2, the Milford Police Department’s Drug Unit completed an investigation related to the sale of illicit drugs with the arrest of a Milford woman. Detectives obtained and executed a search warrant at a residence in the 500 Block of West St. Milford DE, with the assistance of the Milford Police Department’s Patrol and K9 Unit. As a result of the search warrant, crack cocaine, heroin and drug paraphernalia were seized. Detectives took a Tecoreulla Gale, 46 of Milford, DE, into custody regarding this investigation.
Gale was charged with Manufacture/Deliver/Possession with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substance Tier 3 Quantity (Felony); Possession of a Controlled Substance Tier 3 Quantity (Felony); Manufacture/Deliver/Possession with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substance (Felony); Maintaining a Drug Property (Felony); Possession of a Controlled Substance Tier 1 Quantity (Felony); two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Gale had a presentment through the Justice of the Peace Court 2 and was released on $117,250 unsecured bail. She was issued a no contact order with the juveniles in this case. Gale was ordered to appear at a later date in the Kent County Court of Common Pleas for a Preliminary Hearing.
