Recently, Milford School District announced the 2025 Employees of the Year. These awards are given to staff who go above and beyond both inside and outside the classroom.
“We love this time of year when we can celebrate staff who have demonstrated outstanding dedication, excellence and commitment to our students, schools and the community,” Trish Gerken, Public Information Officer, said.
Beth Clintron was named Related Services Employee of the Year while Taylor Richey was named Counselor of the Year. Sonja Cartwright was named Nurse of the Year. All three will receive a $300 award for the recognition.
Educational Support Professional of the Year were Melissa Williams of Morris Early Childhood Center, Valerie Roach of Benjamin Banneker Elementary School, Shannon Davis of Lulu M. Ross Elementary School, Vicki Campbell of Mispillion Elementary School, Brad Miller of Milford Central Academy, Jodie Morris of Milford High School and Kyle Moore in the Administrative Office. Each Employee of the Year in this category will receive a $300 award as well.
Building level teachers of the year were announced earlier and they each also receive a $300 award. The Educational Support Professional of the Year chosen for the entire district will receive $1,700 as will the district Teacher of the Year.
