Milford School District is offering a summer athletics conditioning camp to help athletes prepare for the upcoming season.
The Milford Athletics Summer and Conditioning Camp for 7th through 12th graders who are participating in athletics is planned over the next few weeks. The sessions are presented by ENG Elite Training and Parisi Speed School along with district coaches.
“Rising 7th and 8th graders will be grouped together and train from 9 AM to 11 AM followed by rising 9th through 12th graders who will be grouped together and train from 12 noon until 2 PM,” Jed Bell, Athletic Director, said. “All training will take place in the weight room and inside Briggs Stadium.
Trainings are planned June 25 through 27, July 1 through 3, July 9 through 11 and July 16 through 18. The cost is $30 per week or $100 for all for weeks. Each participant receives a t-shirt and voucher/discount for a future session at ENG Elite Training.
Registration for the sessions can be completed at Milford Athletics – 2024 Summer Strength and Conditioning Registration Form which allows for electronic payment. The form can also be mailed with a check or dropped off at the school with a check.
“Our athletics department is striving to serve our students during the summer months and provide them with as many opportunities as possible,” Bell said. “We are continually looking to grow culture, strengthen community pride and promote camaraderie across all athletic programs.”
