New Primary Care Physician Dr. Ben Aguilar Joins Bayhealth

Dr Ben Hur Aguilar joins the staff of Bayhealth

Bayhealth welcomes the addition of Ben Hur Hill Aguilar, MD, to Bayhealth Primary Care, Dover, West. He joins Patience Ankomah MD; Zulehuma Rather, MD; Shailly Saini, MD; and Amita Jain, MD, in the practice. Dr. Aguilar is an internal medicine physician who provides primary care services to adults ages 18 and older. He is currently accepting new patients.

The practice is part of Bayhealth Medical Group, a partnership of highly trained physicians, their clinical staff, and an administrative support team that operates practices throughout central and southern Delaware.

Dr. Aguilar has spent more than thirteen years as an internist in Connecticut. He received his doctor of medicine degree from the University of Santa Tomas in Manila, Philippines. There he participated in numerous medical-surgical mission trips and earned an Academic Excellence Award through the medical school’s Phi Sigma Gamma Fraternity. He went on to complete an internship and residency in internal medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine – Jacobi Medical Center.
