Milford Police Department is warning motorists that the traffic signal at Southeast 2nd Street and Marshall Street will become a four-way red flashing signal rather than a working signal as of September 18, 2023. Motorists are reminded that a four-way red flashing signal must be treated as an all-way stop and that pedestrians still have the right-of-way in the intersection.
This change has been implemented by DelDOT for one year to determine its safety and operational effectiveness.
