Owen S. Brooks, Jr., 83, of Milford, Delaware, passed away peacefully on July 9, 2025, at the Delaware Hospice Center. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the viewing on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, from 10:00am – 12:00pm in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front Street, Milford, Delaware 19963. A funeral service will immediately follow at 12 noon with interment at Milford Community Cemetery on Walnut Street.
