The 2026 season of the Riverwalk Farmers Market is set to begin this weekend in downtown Milford, continuing a long-running local tradition.
Downtown Milford announced the market will open Saturday, May 2, from 8 a.m. to noon along the Riverwalk. The market will operate weekly on Saturdays through October, with additional dates planned later in the year.
Now in its 31st year, the Riverwalk Farmers Market brings together local farmers, artisans and vendors offering fresh produce, handmade goods and other items. Organizers say both returning and new vendors are expected to participate this season.

“We are incredibly excited to welcome both new and returning vendors for another amazing season,” said Downtown Milford. “The Riverwalk Farmers Market is truly a staple in our community—something we all look forward to each year.”
In addition to the market, visitors are encouraged to explore nearby shops, restaurants and businesses in the downtown area.
The market is organized by a volunteer committee that works year-round to coordinate the event. Organizers say community members interested in volunteering are encouraged to get involved.
More information about the Riverwalk Farmers Market or volunteer opportunities is available by contacting Downtown Milford.
