Narrative: The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting that left an 18-year-old male injured Thursday evening. The investigation began at 7:53 p.m., when Dover Police Department was notified of a loud party in the 400 block of Frear Drive. Officers responded to the area and upon arrival, Officers heard gunshots. Officers checked the area and located the victim who had sustained a gun shot wound to his lower body. He was transported to an area hospital for treatment and listed in stable condition. There are no leads at this time.
