Planning is key to success in business, but a little funding can help too – after working to refine their business plan with assistance from Audrey Scott-Hynson, a Navigator Program Business Advisor, Nourish Markets is set for success with their recent award of $50,000 from the State of Delaware Division of Small Business’ EDGE Grant program. The EDGE grant will be used to purchase frictionless hardware equipment so the company can expand and open a second location in Wilmington.

Building, scaling, and financing a brand-new business is a lot of work – these entrepreneurs have acknowledged that they wouldn’t be able to do it alone and have thanked their team and partners for their support. Watching this team flourish has been exciting, and as they’d put it, working with Navigator Advisor Audrey Scott-Hynson and the Small Business Development Center is also a “10 out of 10” experience.
