A federal lawsuit against the state of Delaware was filed Wednesday by attorneys representing a nonprofit pregnancy center and a network of affiliated centers. Bill would require Delaware universities to offer abortion medication to students

A new bill would require two Delaware universities to offer contraception and medication abortion to students on campus. Senate Bill 301 would only apply to Delaware State University and the University of Delaware, given that they’re the only schools with a student health center.
