We are accepting applicants who own businesses based in New Castle County, Delaware and are eager to grow their operations and increase profits. Whether you are a start-up or if you have been in business for 10+ years, this tailored process is designed to meet entrepreneurs across all stages.
Applicants accepted into this cohort will gain 1:1 access to an industry expert who will create a personalized growth plan for their business. This invaluable process will help analyze operations, identify and address growth challenges and develop a prioritized action plan to reach new business heights and hit entrepreneurial goals.
Additionally, cohort participants will receive an array of benefits including leadership coaching, human resources (HR) support, strategic planning, guided-decision making from C-Suite executives, as well as access to educational resources and invitations to PDFF events including the Annual Pete du Pont Freedom Award Award.
