Harrington – Delmarva Central Railroad forces will be resurfacing and performing general maintenance of their crossing of Fairground Road, Harrington, located west of the Delaware State Fairgrounds, beginning at 5:00 am on Monday, April 10th through Friday evening, April 14th (weather permitting). The work will require the full closure of Fairground Road.

Detour: Eastbound motorists: From Farmington Road, turn onto Tower Hill Road, then turn left onto US 13 (South DuPont Highway) back to Fairground Road. [More]
