Wilmington — As part of the ongoing I-95 Southbound Sign Structures project, The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that I-95 southbound, between the Welcome Center and Rt 896 interchange, will have intermittent daytime lane closures, starting at 7:00 am Wednesday, May 17th until 5:00 pm Thursday, May 18th. Crews will be installing sign structures on southbound I-95.
