New Castle — The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that crews will start working to improve the medians to encourage pedestrians to cross Rt 13 at signalized intersections, on northbound and southbound Rt 13 between I-495 and 13/40 split. Crews will initially be working at night to set up temporary barriers. Once the barriers are set the work will be done 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday-Friday, starting Monday, August 7th. [More]
