TRAFFIC ALERT – New Castle County – Route 13 Median Work to Begin / Starting Monday, August 7th

New Castle — The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that crews will start working to improve the medians to encourage pedestrians to cross Rt 13 at signalized intersections, on northbound and southbound Rt 13 between I-495 and 13/40 split.
