TRAFFIC ALERT – New Castle County – UPDATE–Library Avenue and Main Street Closure

Newark — Work is progressing somewhat faster than expected on the roadway reconstruction at Route 72/Library Avenue and Route 273/Main Street. It is expected that we will move to Phase 2 of construction starting on July 14, and are still striving to be complete by July 24 (weather permitting).
