Bridgeville – The Delaware Department of Transportation announces the emergency road closure of Blanchard Road between Adams Road and SR 36 (Scotts Store Road) starting on July 23 through mid-September (weather permitting) for the replacement of a failed crossroad pipe.

Detours:
Motorists heading southbound on Blanchard Road: Take SR 36 (Scotts Store Road) to Woodbridge Road, go south on Woodbridge Road, and then turn right onto Adams road to return to Blanchard Road.

Motorists heading northbound on Blanchard Road: Take Adams Road to Woodbridge Road, go north on Woodbridge Road, and then turn left onto SR 36 (Scotts Store Road) to return to Blanchard Road. [More]
