Lewes- The Delaware Department of Transportation announces they will be activating the temporary traffic signal at US 9 (Freeman Highway) at Monroe Ave – ; White’s Pond Meadow, Thursday night August 3rd. It will be put on the initial 72 hour flash and will go to full stop and go (red, yellow, green) on August 7th.
