Narrative: The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Tonisha Wade, 16, of Dover. Wade was last seen in the 100 block of Shinnecock Road at around 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 29th and has not been seen or heard from since. Attempts to contact or locate her have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for her safety and well-being. Wade is described as a black female, 5’6″, 150 pounds.
